Nadine Stollenmaier

Nadine Stollenmaier

Ms. Stollenmaier is the sole shareholder and serves as President, Treasurer and a Director for the Corporation. She has many years of experience in the employment placement industry, and has been highly trained specifically for the employment profession. Ms. Stollenmaier was a management-level employee of Dunhill Personnel of Hawaii, Inc. from 1988, until she purchased the franchise in 1993. She has achieved local recognition for providing well-trained and qualified personnel to Dunhill’s clients, and has continued to manage the business to realize consistent profitability.

Ms. Stollenmaier is responsible for the day-to-day management and operations of Dunhill. Her duties include strategic planning, business development through marketing and proposal preparation; estimating costs for new projects and change orders; and overseeing the management staff and all operations. She is ultimately responsible for the profitability of the company.

James Stollenmaier

James Stollenmaier

Mr. Stollenmaier is the Acting Corporate Secretary. He serves as Vice President and is a Director for the Corporation. He has many years of experience in the operations of the Corporation and acts as the Operations and Financial Advisor.

Mr. Stollenmaier’s primary professional expertise is in engineering. He has a degree in Marine Engineering and works as a Marine/Mechanical Engineer at Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard. He also holds a secret clearance.

Barbie Welch-Milovale

Barbie Welch-Milovale

Ms. Welch-Milovale serves as the Corporation’s General Manager and has been employed with Dunhill since August 2007. She has been highly trained specifically for the employment profession. Ms. Welch-Milovale assumed the responsibilities of Office Manager in May 2008 and was promoted to General Manager in 2014. She assists the President in the day-to-day management and operations of Dunhill. In addition, she oversees Quality Control, Contracts; and has been assigned as Organizational Conflict of Interest (OCI) Manager, responsible for the oversight and administration of Dunhill’s OCI Mitigation Plan.

Shannon Wiggins

Shannon Wiggins

Mrs. Wiggins serves as Dunhill’s Corporate Communications Manager. She has seven years of experience in project administration, public relations, and corporate communications. Graduating from Hawaii Pacific University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism, Mrs. Wiggins functions an information specialist in support of general contractors and private-sector companies, her primary experience is in federal construction and environmental projects, as well as services management contracts.

With extensive knowledge in federal contracting, she has developed the following: community relations plans for high-risk environmental projects, construction health and safety plans, and complex corporate proposals in response to government solicitations. Additional capabilities include brand development, corporate identity management, and graphic design.

Ruth “Megumi” Pinkham

Ruth “Megumi” Pinkham

Ms. Pinkham serves as the Accounting Manager and has been employed with Dunhill since January 2008. Ms. Pinkham performs all Accounting functions and is the Payroll Administrator. As part of her Payroll Administrative duties, Ms. Pinkham routinely processes WAWF payment requests, which make up approximately half of Dunhill’s invoices.
