Finance Director


Currently seeking a Finance Director for an excellent opportunity in the Hilo, Hawaii area. The ideal candidate will preferably hold a CPA and possess 4 years of related experience.

Responsibilities of the Finance Director

  • Plan, organize and direct activities of the Finance Department.
  • Responsible for accounting, payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, patient accounts, managed care, patient health benefits coordination, and financial and statistical reporting.
  • Perform professional management functions associated with accounting and other financial services, managed care, and patient eligibility determination.
  • Perform other duties assigned.

Requirements of the Finance Director

  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Minimum of 4-years’ Experience.
  • Strong aptitude in MS Windows Environment.
  • CPA Preferred.
  • Health Care of Community Health Care Experience Preferred.
  • Ability to grasp and understand business concepts and issues.
  • Ability to develop a vision for the future and create a culture in which the long range goals can be achieved.
  • Ability to accept responsibility and account for his/her actions.
  • Ability to use thinking and reasoning to solve a problem.
